Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Designer for our Austin office. 

We are looking for an extremely creative and conceptual designer to join the team to help generate and execute great creative work. The ideal candidate will have experience with print, digital, motion and interactive design.

Qualifications

 Essential skills:

• Demonstrable design skills - UPDATED ONLINE PORTFOLIO IS A MUST
• Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
• Well organized and responsible, the ability to self-manage tasks and schedules
• Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• PC literate
• Related undergraduate degree

 Desirable skills:

• Comfortable with Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Understanding of HTML production and its limitations
• UX design experience
• Motion design experience
• Ability to sketch or draw

Desirable qualities:

• Ability to work closely with clients, to understand their requirements, articulate proposals and deliver accordingly.
• Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates.
