Job Requisition: R-1672 Provisioning Coordinator (Open) Primary Location: LOUISVILLE Job Description: This position is in place to handle all fallout for BPO customers in the business space and consists of handling Number Port, Directory Listing, e911, LIDB/CNAM, PIC fallout as related to commercial accounts. Responsibilities/Key Tasks: * Accurately interpret LSRs, CSRs, DSRs & SOA for residential and business accounts. 25% * Manually Provision LSRs, CSRs, DSRs & SOA for residential and business accounts. 20% * Resolve ILEC/CLEC rejects and work with the ILEC/CLEC to ensure smooth order completion. 30% * Daily communication and interaction with ILEC & CLECs. 10% * Maintain and update various databases for ILEC & CLEC process changes 5% * Work on expedites. This requires monitoring orders via GUI or email and effectively resolving issues for customers 5% * Must be able to identify system issues and troubleshoot on the fly to provide more information for appropriate internal/external teams * Strong analysis ability at the order detail level 5% Qualifications/Education: * College degree or 3-5 years provisioning experience for business/commercial accounts * Technical proficiency with Microsoft application including the ability to format and query for reports. * Must be able to effectively prioritize workload, handling multiple priorities simultaneously and possess exceptional follow-up and problem resolution skills * Must be available for on-call rotation * Must be available to work 11 am to 8 pm shift, Monday through Friday Neustar does not accept unsolicited resumes from external firms or agencies.
