    Noticed is a remote-based digital commerce, optimization, and marketing agency that grows generational Direct-to-Consumer health, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Brands include Rare Beauty, Magic Spoon, Amour Vert, Andie Swim, Gorjana, and other emerging consumer brands. 

    We are looking for an in-house Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to attract and bring on the best talent to our team. We are expanding our in-house and contract team and adding new roles to the business. You will work closely together with management, and our discipline leads to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy and manage the full-cycle recruiting process.

    We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Talent Acquisition & Engagement Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and onboarding the best talent in the market. You'll be in charge of planning, developing, and implementing a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategies for our company. 

    What you will be doing:

    • Partner with hiring managers/team to develop clear and captivating job descriptions and candidate profiles (behavioral fit and technical qualifications) for our open positions
    • Be creative in sourcing passive candidates including freelance contractors through sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn) and methods (e.g. Boolean search) to build a long-term pipeline and keep candidates engaged
    • Confidently manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to making an offer
    • Maintain prompt and organized communication and feedback throughout the entire recruiting process
    • Create and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging candidate to employee transition
    • Provide weekly pipeline reports with recommendations to drive improvements and provide insights into the candidate market
    • Responsible for managing and improving our ATS to drive efficiency
    • Manage the new employee onboarding process via Rippling HRIS software
    • Actively promote open positions internally and encourage employees to become brand ambassadors
    • Strategize hiring events to increase employee referrals and build brand awareness
    • Proudly communicate our offerings and be able to answer any candidate questions surrounding our benefits, compensation, culture, etc…
    • Work with marketing to spotlight employee voices, highlight career opportunities, and share what it's like to work at Noticed
    • Craft engaging job posts, reflective of Noticed's values and culture and advertise appropriately
    • Conduct candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops
    • Stay on top of competitive intelligence and research in regards to talent acquisition, development, and retention
    • Provide support to People & Culture Manager with employee engagement and culture event planning

     

    Skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in a recruiting role with experience in proactive outreach to passive candidates and creating role-specific pipelines, preferably at a digital agency or technology company
    • Experience working in HRIS and ATS platforms (for example, Workable, Greenhouse or Lever) is preferred 
    • Experience with sourcing and building candidate lists via Linkedin Recruiter
    • Self-starter and eager to help create new processes and policies
    • Proven track record of sourcing quality candidates
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
    • Motivated to work independently and able to manage time effectively
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices surrounding recruitment and hiring
    • Understanding of web technologies; prior work with sourcing technical candidates (engineers and web developers) is preferred
    • Highly proficient in compiling reports in spreadsheet software and putting together presentations using Gsuite
