    JOB DESCRIPTION: PROCESS OPTIMIZATION AND ROBOTICS - FULLTIME STAFF CONSULTANT

    Please note this position will be aligned with our San Francisco office. As a Process Optimization and Robotics Consultant or Summer Intern in Crowe’s Consulting Practice, your role will be focused on helping clients resolve business needs through analyzing data along with defining, crafting, developing and implementing business and technology solutions. This position will be aligned with our Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) industry, where we assist TMT clients to assess, optimize, and automate their business and information technology processes, technology implementations, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) development, automation and optimization process readiness review, regulatory compliance through IT General Controls and IT Application Audits, Third Party and Cloud Assessments, Data Privacy and Protection, and IT Compliance and Implementation Reviews.

    EXPECTATIONS:

    • Strong communication skills when consulting with senior management, C-Suite client personnel and government regulators

    • Ability to create and deliver value-added reports and strong deliverables that simplify complex issues and enable sustainable practices for our clients 

    • Collaborate and develop partnerships with clients, prospects and colleagues

    • Demonstrate intellectual curiosity to enable a deeply specialized skill set 

    • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Knowledge of technology development principles, eager to further develop strong technical skills

    • Willingness to travel 50-75%

    EDUCATION:

    We are seeking college juniors (for internship) or graduating seniors/graduate students (for fulltime) pursuing academic degrees in one of the following preferred majors: Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Data Analytics, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, or Business Administration paired with Information Systems/Information Technology/Informatics focus.
