Job Description

The Red Gate Group is seeking a dedicated Financial Systems Analyst to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Springfield, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Support program schedule development and business case creation
• Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials
• Migrate and validate data to new systems
• Participate in operations and maintenance meetings for NGA’s Core Financial Systems
• Develop IV&V testing processes for system enhancements
• Coordinate and resolve issues related to system interoperability and policy
• Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and program management reviews
• Facilitate security certification and accreditation activities

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI
• 4+ years of experience and 2+ years of relevant experience
• BA/BS degree in a business related field
• 4 years of total experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developing Momentum based system options, and/or implementation in all aspects of programming, planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting.

In addition to that, specialized demonstrated experience in the following (total 2 years)

• 1 year years of demonstrated experience conducting analyses in Momentum Financials that may involve complex technical parameters, acquisition and technical requirements, procurement and business principles, and similar cost-influencing factors
• 1 year demonstrated experience with Momentum software lifecycle management activities that may include requirements definition, process mapping, development and maintenance of configuration management, system testing supporting Momentum-based financial systems and COGNOS reporting tool

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months to a year of demonstrated experience with current system and data architecture, and data engineering.
• 6 months to a year of demonstrated experience with implementation of Momentum financial systems in the federal environment from both a systems and functional perspective.
• 6 months to a year of demonstrated experience adapting to changing requirements and management directives.
• 6 months to a year of demonstrated experience with Adobe Captivate
• 6 months to a year of demonstrated experience in schedule, cost risk and benefits analysis
• 6 months to a year of demonstrated experience resolving FISCAM audit Notification of Findings & Recommendations (NFR) and performing SAR reviews on the SSAE 18 issues by service provider.
