    Why Crowe?

Do you want to have the freedom to think on your own and innovate?

Crowe cultivates a creative company culture where you will have the opportunity to share your ideas and knowledge with clients from your very first day with the firm.

Worried that a career in consulting and public accounting won’t allow you any free time?

Crowe offers a true work-life balance, allowing you to spend time with your family and friends or pursue outside interests. In the professional service industry, travel is necessary, but Crowe offers a variety of perks and options – including our work-from-home Mobility Program and Road Warrior Program – that allow our employees to embrace and enjoy our line of business. With most projects concluding by Thursday or Friday, you will not be away from home on weekends.

Do you want to be rewarded and promoted based on your abilities and achievements instead of your tenure with a company?

Crowe values all of your hard work and rewards you with a competitive salary and great benefits. As part of our employee evaluation cycle, all of our employees receive feedback for their work on projects and increases in compensation and bonuses based on their accomplishments and contributions to the firm’s goals.

We understand that, in order to be satisfied in your career, every aspect of your life needs to be fulfilled. We offer the opportunities to experience traveling to places both large and small, work in interesting client environments, and enrich your career and technical skillset while providing you a balance with your personal life.

Crowe ranked seventh on this Fortune list, in addition to being named one of Fortune’s “Top 100 Best Companies to Work For” and among Fortune’s “20 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services.” In these surveys, Crowe personnel attribute the following policies to making Crowe a great place to work:

    • Innovation: Crowe promotes new ideas and creativity. Each year, Crowe invests approximately two percent of firm revenue in new product development funding to bring employees’ ideas to fruition. Crowe’s new product development process facilitates the exploration and development of a prototype of the solution before its production. These solutions aim to address clients’ challenges and streamline processes.

    • Mobility strategy: Implemented more than two years ago, this strategy defied the norm of the professional services industry. Crowe personnel can work where they are most productive – whether that be the office, their home or elsewhere – and wear jeans while they are in the office. This policy continues to be well received by employees across all business units.

    • Benefits: The firm promotes healthy living through its internal well-being portal, which allows Crowe individuals to complete wellness activities – such as exercise challenges, healthy eating, doctor visits and mindful lifestyle changes – for gift cards and health insurance premium reductions. Additionally, on top of its healthcare and retirement programs, Crowe recently expanded its paid time off policies for military leave and all new parents.

    • Community service: Crowe places a high priority on community service, as acknowledged in the Fortune Best Workplaces for Giving Back list. In honor of the firm’s 75th year, Crowe personnel are working toward a combined goal of 75,000 hours of volunteering. In addition, Crowe aligns its charitable contributions with the volunteer efforts of its people through initiatives such as matching contributions and donations to employees’ charities of choice.
