The SAP Development Analyst is responsible for the technical design, coding and unit testing of the SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Public Sector Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Business Warehouse (BW) reporting. The SAP Development Senior Analyst is involved in maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP modules and those that interface with other applications. The SAP Development Analyst has a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by Client Service Teams and reports to their Accenture Supervisor and Client Service Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical analysis, design, code and testing of components of SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), Public Sector Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Business Warehouse (BW) reporting.
• Maintenance, enhancement and/or development work of SAP components and those that interface with other applications.
• Grow a range of skills and knowledge of the technologies used and applications supported by Client Service Teams.
• Work with Client, Accenture, and Teaming Partners on and across their assigned Sustainment Support Team.
• Plan and execute all required process steps as defined in Accenture Methodologies.
• Provide and own SAP (ECC 6.0) , SRM, or BW application development support in assigned areas.
• Develop technical system specifications and designing SAP code to technical programming standards for break/fix requests and enhancements to SAP modules.
• Provide secondary support toward installation of application releases into production as directed.
• Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews/walkthroughs.
• Create operational documentation for the SAP applications.
• Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively providing work status.
• Provide input to assist in determining a level of work effort for assigned activities.
• Assist their Accenture Supervisor and Client Service Team Manager in monitoring budget by providing estimated-time-to-complete (ETC) and actuals for assigned tasks.
• Anticipating, identifying, tracking and resolving issues and risks affecting the applications.

Basic Qualifications:

• US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
• Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree OR 4 years of relavent SAP experience
• 3 years experience with MS Office Suite
• Must be local to Mechanicsburg, PA area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to Systems Lifecycle Methodology
• Prior IT Production Support experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong facilitation skills
• 1+ years of SAP ABAP development OR other software development language/syntax (Webmethods/Java) and logic

Extensive SAP ABAP or Java development experience in one or more of the following SAP modules:

• Financial Accounting (FI)
• Controlling (CO)
• Asset Management (AM)
• Project Management (PS)
• Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Sales and Distribution (SD)
• Materials Management (MM)
• Production Planning (PP)
• Warehouse Management (WM)
• Workflow (WF)
• Business Warehouse (BW)
• SAP Portal development experience
