    As a Salesforce Consultant (Support) you will be a member of our Client Success & Support team focused on delivering on-going Salesforce support to our Clients. As a critical member of the Client Success & Support team you will work with many of our long-term clients and work on many of Salesforce's products from Sales and Service to Communities, Platform and Marketing Clouds -- an opportunity to have a major impact on our Client's businesses.

    As a Salesforce Consultant (Support), you will report to the Client Success & Support Team that is responsible for a large portfolio of our most strategic clients. You'll be an integral part of gathering business requirements, defining user stories and working with a team to configure, setup, troubleshoot and assist our clients with Salesforce.

    You Will:

    • Review incoming support requests and assist in triaging to ensure the support case is accurately documented and managed.
    • Deliver declarative configurations in Salesforce and related Salesforce products.
    • Document user stories and functional requirements.
    • Attend client meetings and take detailed notes.
    • Work closely with other Salesforce Consultants to deliver a quality solutions to our clients.
    • Coordinate and execute data migrations from legacy systems to Salesforce.

    You Have:

    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or related field.
    • 1+ years experience in delivering technology solutions.
    • 1+ years configuring and setting up business systems.
    • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel and database manipulation.
    • Proven understanding of the Salesforce Platform, including: MVC architecture, reporting, and automation and flows.
    • Exceptional analysis skills.
