As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you'll join our Solutions & Architecture team — guiding the design, scalability, and quality of Salesforce solutions across all SMBHD projects.. As a critical member of the organization, you will work across all of SMBHD's delivery and support teams to ensure that the solutions we're implementing scale and grow with our customers. You'll also need to roll-up your sleeves and get your hands dirty from time-to-time configuring Salesforce and other technical solutions.
As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will report to the CTO who is responsible for the technical design and delivery of all SMBHD solutions. You'll be an integral part of gathering business requirements, defining user stories, problem solving, and delivering cool solutions based on Salesforce technology.
You Will:
Meet with SMBHD clients to understand business processes and how Salesforce supports them.
Strategize with clients on the “art of the possible” — how Salesforce can extend and scale their operations.
Lead and contribute to solution design and whiteboarding sessions.
Design and implement complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.
Review and approve project deliverables (user stories, functional specs, data models, etc.).
Deliver declarative configurations and collaborate with technical teams on integrations.
Support sales and marketing teams with solution estimates and technical insight.
Identify and implement internal process improvements.
Coach and mentor team members on Salesforce best practices.
