We're looking for self-starting, self-managing team members at all levels who can apply their expertise in Salesforce to solve real-life business challenges using the technology at hand, alongside a healthy dose of practical business savvy and human empathy. We specialize in working with small and mid-level businesses, crafting customized solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect you will be a member of our Salesforce Solutions and Architecture team focused on the overall solutions and architecture that is delivered by our project teams. As a critical member of the organization, you will work across all of SMBHD's delivery and support teams to ensure that the solutions we're implementing scale and grow with our customers. You'll also need to roll-up your sleeves and get your hands dirty from time-to-time configuring Salesforce and other technical solutions.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will report to the CTO who is responsible for the technical design and delivery of all SMBHD solutions. You'll be an integral part of gathering business requirements, defining user stories, problem solving, and delivering cool solutions based on Salesforce technology.

You Will:

• Meet with existing SMBHD clients to understand their business processes and how Salesforce is leveraged for their business.
• Strategize and brainstorm with clients on the "Art of the Possible" and how Salesforce can be extended.
• Lead and participate in SMBHD solution and design white boarding sessions and meetings.
• Design and implement complex solutions leveraging Salesforce technology.
• Review and approve project deliverables, including: User Stories, Functional Requirements, Wireframes, Database Models, etc.
• Deliver declarative configurations in Salesforce and related Salesforce products.
• Support sales and marketing with various tasks including estimating projects and delivery.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Coach and mentor other internal resources on Salesforce.

You Have:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS or related field.
• 8+ years experience in delivering technology solutions.
• 6+ years working with Salesforce.com.
• Multiple Salesforce certifications
• Proven understanding of the underlying Salesforce Architecture
• Proven understanding of system integrations
• Understanding of core concepts of integration, APIs, and APEX triggers.
• Exceptional analysis skills.
