About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Business Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you'll support clients post-implementation by delivering ongoing assistance, enhancements, and small-to-mid-sized projects across a variety of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Field Service.
As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll help clients adopt, grow, and expand their Salesforce environments. You'll gain exposure to multiple industries and Salesforce clouds while building your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
- Meet with SMBHD clients to understand their business processes and how Salesforce supports them.
- Partner with senior team members to brainstorm and demonstrate the “Art of the Possible.”
- Translate requirements into functional Salesforce configurations, including:
- Building and customizing standard and custom objects ,
- Creating flows, automations, and validation rules ,
- Managing permission sets, roles, and security models.
- Execute data loading and migration using Salesforce and third-party tools.
- Conduct initial testing of configurations to ensure they are fully functional.
- Work closely with other Customer Success team members to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of Salesforce experience in an analyst, administrator, or consultant capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with functional configuration (objects, flows, permissions, automation).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and comfort with data sets, imports, and transformations.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
Bonus Points:
- Direct experience with Field Service or Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Salesforce Administrator or other Salesforce certifications.
