Job Summary:

As a Software Developer , you will gain experiences working on real products and/or client facing projects leveraging the Microsoft Dynamics ERP or Salesforce platform. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment developing and implementing business and technology solutions that provide critical value. Assignments will involve development and/or support of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP or Salesforce applications and/or Crowe-products built on the platform. This provides the unique combination to experience both project work (in a consulting environment), as well as working in a software development and/or technical support capacity.

Typical project activities include but are not limited to: Gathering technical requirements and developing key product features on the Microsoft Dynamics ERP or Salesforce platform.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in: Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems

Additional Qualifications:

• Desire to leverage technology to solve business problems
• Desire to obtain strong understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP or Salesforce software system and its programming language(s)
• Enthusiasm for innovation and new technologies
• Interest in developing strong knowledge in software systems
• Strong conceptual thinking, creativity and flexibility
• Must be self-sufficient and can self-manage
• Work well both independently and in a team
• Attracted to a career path that includes developing and architecting a business-driven solution

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $25.00 to $38.00 hourly.
