What you'll be doing: * Work closely with our creative team to develop print- and web-ready files * Apply production expertise to maintain and improve on internal production and file management processes while trouble shooting potential issues * Work closely with media vendors to secure publication specifications * Identify, manage and work closely with external print vendors to spec out projects, negotiate pricing and ensure high quality deliverables * Maintain a high level of quality assurance across all campaigns * Establish and maintain detailed production schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time * Participate in team and client meetings, providing detailed status updates Qualifications: * Minimum of three years relevant work experience in an agency, design firm, or corporate environment. * Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word
