Job Summary:

The Strategy Internship is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting thorough analyses, and assisting in the formulation of actionable strategies. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to various aspects of strategic planning and execution, making it an excellent opportunity for learning and professional development. You’ll have an opportunity to apply your education, skills and knowledge while gaining practical experience in a professional services setting. As a Strategy Intern, you’ll be a member of a small Strategy team that is focused on shaping the future direction of Crowe. You will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks. In addition, you’ll assist in assessments aligned to the professional services industry and help synthesize learnings and opportunities into actionable insights.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to take direction and work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Confident performing multiple ongoing projects in a hybrid work environment, prioritizing tasks, and demonstrating strong organization skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Curious and learning mindset
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis – gather, organize, and analyze data to support decision making
• Ideation – contribute to brainstorming sessions and participate in discussions surrounding strategic ideas
• Strategic Planning – collaborate with the team to develop and refine strategic priorities and goals
• Collaboration – work closely across the team to align strategies
• Presentation and Communication – prepare and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders
• Project Management, including task prioritization and timeline management.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $20.00 to $30.00 hourly.
