    In this role on AlixPartners’ Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting AlixPartners’ university talent acquisition programs for MBA candidates throughout the Americas. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone with a demonstrated interest in HR and Talent Acquisition looking for a varied internship. You will be part of a collaborative global team working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the expansion of the firm. This part-time role is virtual and could be extended through peak campus recruiting season (July-October), roughly 20 hours/week. Paid relocation is not available for this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the America’s University Recruiting team to assist with building a candidate pipeline of top MBAs, across all communities throughout North America
    • Learn the basics of our internal recruiting systems, and help track candidates through a seamless process
    • Work with the University recruiting team to strategize and plan events to interact with students and promote our employer brand
    • Manage at strategic project and present to HR leaders
    • Support our virtual summer internship program
    • Assist with reporting, scheduling interviews, reviewing resumes of potential new candidates, and updating documents as needed
    • Provide clerical and administrative support for the recruiting team members
    • Additional responsibilities as identified
  • Qualifications
    • Acquiring a Bachelor’s Degree
    • Experience working in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition preferred
    • Experience working with Microsoft Excel preferred
    • Highly organized with strong project management skillset
    • Ability to quickly learn recruiting software (no software developer skills required)
    • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Discreet with ability to handle sensitive information in confidence
    • Exceptional verbal and written skills.
    • Must be able to work an average of 20 hours per week in a dynamic office environment; must be physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the work day.
