JOB DESCRIPTION:

TRANSFER PRICING SERVICES - INTERN

Crowe’s Transfer Pricing group provides clients with economic consulting services in connection with tax issues arising from intercompany transactions among legal entities within a multinational enterprise (MNE). This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn about business operations and will provide exposure to clients in a wide variety of industries, including but not limited to, manufacturing and distribution, software, life sciences, healthcare, and financial services  

In this position, you will receive the comprehensive training needed to be a well-rounded transfer pricing practitioner and will have an opportunity to work on the full spectrum of transfer pricing services, including transfer pricing documentation, planning, operational transfer pricing, and audit defense and dispute resolution. You will be working alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team of transfer pricing practitioners that seek to partner with their clients to ensure transfer pricing compliance but also help achieve their business and financial goals.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver transfer pricing services to clients across industries;

• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, transfer pricing analyses and document requests;

• Perform industry, client, and prospect research;

• Prepare financial models;

• Participate in client discussions and meetings;

• Seek opportunities to develop technical and personal development skills; and

• Maintain knowledge of current developments in international tax and transfer pricing matters.

PREFERRED MAJORS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Quantitative Analysis, or similar majors

• Intellectual curiosity and interest in learning about business operations and industries;

• Familiarity with basic finance, accounting, and economics concepts;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

• Demonstrate strong project and team leadership skills;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

• Prior work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs); and

• Entrepreneurial and business development mindset.
