TRA is a membership-based camping service with resorts located along the East coast. Travel Resorts of America offers a premier, luxury camping experience for all types of campers, whether they own an RV, a camper, a tent or are renting a cabin.
PURPOSE
The Full Time Member Service Representative is a remote position for the right candidate. The hours are M-F - 9AM to 6PM - Eastern Time. This position will Interact with our members by handling incoming calls related to reservations and general inquiries to ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- Provides the highest quality of service to all members via phone and email in accordance to established department policies and procedures
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Assist members with all reservation bookings and questions
- Handle difficult calls and appropriately escalate to the next level of support as needed
- Ability to correctly identify the customers' needs and accurately answer questions, address any/all concerns and consistently provide a positive experience during all member interactions
- Accurately record all pertinent call related information in the system of record
- Other duties as requested
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner and make outbound calls as necessary
- Handle confidential customer information in a positive, highly ethical, and professional manner
- Strong phone presentation with the ability to effectively deliver information and respond to questions of a varying nature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- General computer knowledge and data entry skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
