Job Description
Our Travel Resorts Billing Department has a need for an outgoing person to assist with all aspects of a busy billing department. Potential applicants should possess excellent telephone commutative skills, and prior experience in an office setting. Applicant will primarily perform administrative tasks associated with operating a busy billing department. Hours for this position are Mon-Thursday 10am -6pm, and Friday 9am -5pm.
DUTIES
Skip Trace - Use all internet databases, member files, and other tools to locate customers and update demographic data.
Inbound/Outbound calls with delinquent members to collect payments and negotiate payment arrangements
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferably associates degree in business, finance or combination of work experience and/or training in an office setting.
Must have high school graduate level mathematical aptitude.
Must have past experience in dealing directly with sales, telemarketing phone collections and acquired general knowledge of basic customer service skills. Must be fluent in oral and written English.
General knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft software or equivalent.
Must be a self-starter and able to prioritize multiple tasks, work with minimal supervision, exercise good judgment and be highly motivated and detail oriented.
Must be flexible and have the ability to multi-task and exercise critical thinking skills.
