Verisk is seeking a creative graphic designer. The designer will work collaboratively with team members to conceptualize and produce digital and print deliverables. Key responsibilities include the execution and development of presentations, printed materials, branding, digital/web-based design, advertising and event graphics. What youll do: - Support marketing department with digital, print, branding, infographics, and event design - Design and creation of PowerPoint presentations and templates that are rich in detail, animation and design - Create engaging social assets for both organic and paid use for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter platforms - Think creatively within established brand guidelines to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts for print and digital initiatives - Build press/digital ready files for production What youll need: - Bachelors degree in graphic design, art direction, visual communications - 2-4 years of experience in digital/print/branding design - Solid experience and proficiency in Adobe software (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign) on Mac platform - Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint - Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects while adhering to deadlines - Ability to translate complex information into images for infographics and presentations is necessary - Equally adept at working in a team and independently - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written We offer an excellent compensation package.
