What youll do on a typical day: - Maintain accurate inventory counts - Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed - Perform product counts - Stage materials within designated areas as needed - Operate all necessary warehouse equipment and tools - Utilize a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents - Other duties as assigned What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and greater than 50 lbs. occasionally; may also move materials weighing up to 500 lbs., using wheeled carts - Ability to work independently and as a member of a team - Ability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime as needed Itd be great if you also have:
