the Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in
securing and storing data related to the Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) requirements for XPO Global Forwarding. Your focus
will be on ensuring we have all required data and that it is readily
accessible for any TSA inspections at our offices throughout the USA. On

participate in a company incentive plan. What youll do on a typical day:
- Secure TSA data from pickup and delivery agents in the USA, and upload
data into the operating systems of XPO Global Forwarding (GF) to ensure
the company meets all TSA requirements - Work with XPO GF and
independent office locations to ensure that employees have been trained
and tested annually on TSA required content; data must be readily
available for TSA inspections - Work with new XPO GF and independent
office locations to ensure that employees complete the Security Threat
Assessment (STA), store that data, and make it readily available for TSA
inspections - Prepare customs entries for all shipments to be submitted
to and released from U.S. Customs in a timely manner - Review documents
to check for accuracy including piece count; ensure invoice matches the
provided packing list and that they comply with the necessary customs
regulations What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, youll need: -
High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
ability to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software
applications - Ability to work extended hours as needed, which may
include early mornings, evenings and weekends Itd be great if you also
have: - Associate or Bachelors degree in Business or Logistics - 3 years
of transportation experience - Self-motivated and able to work well with
minimal supervision or in a team environment; consult with team members
and management as needed - Strong attention to detail and follow-up
skills with ability to identify and resolve problems - Excellent verbal
and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and
thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience Be part
