    Job Summary

    Caterpillar is seeking motivated high school students from Keller ISD and Arlington ISD to gain meaningful, on-the-job experience. This program provides students the opportunity to build on their academic knowledge while developing professional skills in a corporate and production environment.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher on a 4.0 scale (no rounding)
    • At least 16 years old at the time of application
    • Currently enrolled as a high school Junior
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
    • Must be a student in Keller ISD or Arlington ISD (Texas)

    Additional Details

    • On-site internship starting September 2026 (6-12 hours per week)
    • Locations include Irving, TX and Fort Worth, TX

    Summary Pay Range:
    $15.00 - $17.50
