The successful candidate will deploy RPA technology on high-impact processes across the 3M Manufacturing and Supply Chain space.nbsp; In addition to strong programming skills, the ideal candidate will have well developed skills communicating with process subject matter experts and experience working on large scale programs. This person will support the Mamp;SC Service Improvement Organizations Digitization project as well as other strategic, high impact initiatives to drive value creation. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Designs and builds Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications for Manufacturing amp; Supply Chain (Mamp;SC) processes * Works independently and with RPA Program Leader to execute deployment process on prioritized projects * Engages directly with business subject matter experts to understand requirements of the workflow automation, and then design, build, and deploy the application * Supports owning business process area during testing and validation phases of project * Coordinates with RPA Program Leader to quantify the benefits of deployed applications * Contributes ideas to improve RPA deployment processes and helps identify new opportunities for process automation across 3M Mamp;SC Basic Qualifications: * Possess a Bachelors degree or higher (must be completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution * Minimum of three (3) combined years of experience using and/or building digital tools to meet business needs * Minimum of one (1) year of software RPA/user interface workflow automation development experience in a private, public, government or military environment Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelors or Masters in IT/Automation, Data Science/Statistics, or Supply Chain * Experience developing applications in Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and/or Ui Path * Strong programming skills, ability to trouble-shoot and solve problems * Demonstrated ability to engage with business subject matter experts and collaborate throughout the process from business request to deployed RPA * Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment * SAP experience * Solid communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization Location: Maplewood, MN Travel: May include up to 25% of domestic/international Relocation: Is authorized At 3M, we apply science in collaborative ways to improve lives daily.
