Job Summary: The person hired for the position of Global Customer Service Analyst will drive the order fulfillment process from order entry to delivery to customers worldwide.nbsp; Establish relationships with 3M internal and external customers and provide excellent customer service experience to all parties. Follow a variety of generally defined procedures with limited guidance from team and supervision. Handle inquiries of increased complexity and develops and executes solutions. Create and analyze service performance reports. Develop and integrate process maps to improve customer service. Participate and/or drives projects.
