At 3M, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.nbsp; Here, you go. nbsp;Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Plan and Coordinate Production Schedule for Products from Raw Materials to Finished Goods. * Lead Lean Six Sigma Projects * Procurement of Materials needed to support Production Operations * Continuous Improvement Projects to Optimize Value Stream Lead Times to Customers Basic Qualifications:nbsp; * Possess a Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution * Combined experience within a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment (internships and/or coops qualify) Preferred Qualifications: * Minimum of one (1) year of experience within a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government or military environment * Minimum of one (1) year of Microsoft Office Suite experience in a private, public, government or military environment * APICS certified * Experience with SAP * Cross Functional Organizational Skills * Interpersonal Skills * Familiarity with 3M Systems Logistics, COMS, USS * Previous Manufacturing Logistics Experience * Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Experience * Lean Manufacturing Experience Location: Guin, Alabama Travel: May include up to 10% domestic Relocation: Is authorized nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military environments to a 3M career.
