Job Description

The Accounting Manager will plan and direct the accounting activities of the department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close process and financial reporting processes.
• Ensure adherence to the company's accounting policies, and that the policies and financial statements are compliant with GAAP and any other regulatory requirements.
• Partner with FP&A for the monthly review of financial results
• Active involvement in ERP system implementation
• Prepare/review account reconciliations monthly
• Preparation and posting of monthly journal entries to support financial statements including but not limited to inventory, fixed assets, payroll and intercompany.
• Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns.
• Prepare and file annual personal property tax returns.
• Coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Additional Information

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $112,800- $146,400. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
