Essential Functions:

• Must be an expert in programming and run the Telesis Laser – FQ 10/20, Model 6 Marking System or equivalent. Desired
• Ability to follow detail internal processing sheets, drawings and sketches-interpreting necessary post manufacturing steps
• Must be able to daily update work flow in Microsoft Excel
• Must retain information from internal folders; necessary for Laser Marking stage.
• Must have ability to maintain clean and organized work area during all times.
• Operate Laser Machine after in house training
• Understand basic key elements of a blueprint, such as surface finish and post manufacturing requirements.
• The ability to visually inspect parts post anodizing for any non-conforming parts.
• Retrieve measurements from internal data collection post-production as required per customer’s specifications.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to program and operate Laser Etcher post “In House” training.
• Strong commitment to detail and error-free performance
• Have a mechanical aptitude (specific to manufacturing floor employees)
• Ability to follow detailed processing sheets.
• Ability to read and follow basic blueprints for post manufacturing processes.
• Extremely intuitive with problem solving and resolutions
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi task
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Able to work with minimal supervision, both alone and in teams
• Excellent communication skills
