    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    ¤ Enquiry review (Reports to Proposal Engineer)

    ¤ Cost sheets (Reports to Proposal Engineer)

    ¤ Quotations (Reports to Proposal Engineer)

    ¤ Contract review (Reports to Commercial & Operations Manager)

    ¤ Purchase orders - Local & International (Reports to Commercial & Operations Manager)

    ¤ Shipment logistics (Reports to Commercial & Operations Manager)

    ¤ Commercial documentation support including invoicing (Reports to Commercial & Operations Manager)

    ¤ Oracle activities to complete product shipping (Reports to Commercial & Operations Manager)

    ¤ Compliance for the SOX duties

    ¤ Order booking and follow up (Reports to Commercial & Operations Manager)

    ¤ AR Management (Reports to Commercial & Operations Manager)

     

    MAINTAINING good customer relations

    Required Skills

    Required Capabilities (describe scope of knowledge and ability of the position):

     

    • Lady with engineering or commerce background.
    • Experience in handling technical proposals with knowledge of commercial terms.
    • Person with experience in oil and gas industry
    • Someone from estimation / tendering may also suit
    • Fluent level of English
    • • 4-5 l years of relevant work experience
    • • Familiar with order processing
    • • Previous, proven track record in a commercial or support team
    • • High readiness for commercial issues
    • • Computer literate – good working knowledge of MS Office
    • • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • • High intercultural awareness re working in international project teams
    • • Ability to work for a Foreign company
    • • Readiness for business trips

    • High sense of responsibility, flexibility, ability to work under high pressure, extraordinary diligence, solution oriented way of working
