OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1.  You will implement and maintain a best-in-class quality system based on TS16949 for foreign and domestic customers in automobile industry
2.  Manage your daily work to achieve quality goals, provide the quick response to both internal and external customer.

DAY IN THE LIFE

1.  You will srart in this role with support from 1 quality  Manager and 4 inspectors. The Manager will give you guidance as needed but also will allow you to take ownership for Gits quality activities.
2. You will spend you first three months to review the objectives, procedures and customer’s systems as well, then start address our opportunities to meet customer’s satisfication.

 TEAM DYNAMICS

1. You will work with a team of quality function, focus on continuous improvement and quick response to meet customer requirement.
2. Being a part of this team requires intellectual curiosity and a collegial/collaborative work style.

Required Skills

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

REQUIRED:

1.  More than three years work experience in field quality control management.
2. Be familiar with TS16949 system requirements, the process of quality control, using a statistical technique analysis as well as various quality tools（APQP、PFMEA、PPAP、MSA、SPC etc.）.
3. Be familiar with Zero Defect and TS core tools and 8D problem solve
4. Experience in Minitab for statistical analysis is preferred. Experience with report writing in Microsoft Word and graphical analysis in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.
5. Workable English skill of listening, reading, writing and speaking
6. Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
7. Good communication skills

PREFERRED:

1.  Automotive industry and manufacturing background is preferred
