    • Increasing the production capacity by improving performance. Oversee production control
    • *Ensuring achievement of the production targets.
    • *Supervise Production Operations.
    • *Leading the production team in the forecasting, planning and delivering of product volumes.
    • *Developing new strategies to increase production with safe and cost-efficient methods. Ensuring that adequate safety norms are used by site personnel Ensuring that the Company HSSE policy is effectively implemented and that corrective measures are taken in a timely manner.
    • *Operating the oil and gas fields in a profitable and optimal manner.
    • *Develop and manage budget and operational expenses, oversee proposal development bid packages and subcontractor agreements. Provide cost and risk management.
    • *Building ongoing relationships with key members and functional managers within the organization.
    • *Managing the commissioning and startup of new projects and plant modifications to ensure compliance with standards, specs and contract terms and conditions.
    • *Managing field production assets to ensure optimum exploitation and administrating the resources to operate and maintain all surface facilities to ensure optimum availability of oil production around the clock in a safe and environmental friendly manner.
    • *Directing the planning and execution of maintenance & major shutdowns and approving plans, tender packages, bid evaluation, and recommending contract awards as appropriate.
    • *Effectively maintaining internal and external communications with a broad variety of engineering disciplines and management
    • *Supervising facilities and production engineers, and contract gaugers in the field.
    • Embrace and Practice LEAD culture across the business.
    • Provide on-site survey and client support as and when required.
    • Work within the Hydratight deliverable standards and adhere to local laws and terms of the agent
    • Site and shutdown work Technician/supervising

    Required Skills

    • To always ensure that their acts or omissions do not present a danger to themselves, anyone else, the Environment or the safe operation of any plant or equipment.
    • To intervene and report any defect in equipment or practice or any dangerous circumstance or event which could affect HSEQ performance.
    • To comply with all HSEQ requirements imposed by clients on their sites.
    • To actively propose and implement improvements to HSEQ systems.
    • To cooperate with the company in achieving HSEQ objectives.
    • To participate fully in Continuous Improvement (LEAD) activities where necessary & when required

    Required Experience

    • Diploma / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Knowledge of On Site Machining
    • Good logistics and resources management skill
    • A strong ability in the use of computers and Microsoft, reports, make presentations
    • A fluent level of English
    • Full India driving License.
    • Candidate should have minimum 10 -15 years of experience in oil & Gas sector
