TITLE: Global Capital & Capacity Planning Engineer

LOCATION: Southfield, MI

POSITION FOCUS:

• Develop Global Annual Capex Budget

• Develop Global Capex spending forecast

• High level Project management of Global Capex projects driving to forecasted spending.

• Review and approval assistance of Capex projects

• Creation of Capex reports

• Develop Global capacity tracking system for all leather process.

• Develop Capacity forecasting based on PA’s and sales forecast.

SCOPE: Support Leather Division Operations team with the development and management of capex spending and capacity planning.

EDUCATION: BS Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial engineering, Materials management, Finance

Required Skills

POSITION SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Work in a Global environment
• Ability to travel Globally up to 50%
• Gain a basic understanding of Leather Processing
• Expert level of Excel
• Excellent level of communication
• Work with cross functional teams

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 8 years work experience. Proven ability to manage peers, take direction, self-starter
