Althea is currently seeking a QC Associate - ADC responsible for performing analytical methods and maintaining analytical instrumentation. The Associate is a part of Altheas Analytical Technologies team specifically focused on antibody drug conjugates and other highly potent compounds. Responsibilities: * Executes Analytical methods according to ICH guidelines. * Performs assay testing for in process, final product, raw materials and other routine samples. * Adheres to cGMP requirements and SOPs. * Compiles data for documentation of test procedures. * Responsible for standardization and maintenance of laboratory equipment, maintains lab area. * Maintains laboratory notebooks, prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols and quantitative analyses. * Regular and reliable attendance on a full time basis [or in accordance with posted schedule]. * Responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the companys policies and practices. * Embodies Altheas cultural values and aligns daily actions with department goals and company culture. Requirements: * BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent required. * Minimum 2 years of experience in performing USP, EP and JP compendial methods in a GMP environment. * Experience with statistical analysis and software such as JMP is considered a plus. * Experience with other Enterprise systems such as LIMS, ERP and EDMS is a plus.
