Laboratory Clerk - Full Time - Laboratory - Closes 1/3/20
Responsible for the programming and creating technical documents for new and current projects, including discovery documents, statements of work, project plans, development/building of Streamline programs, and other automation programs as needed.
Will also be required to interface with the Support Coordinator for help desk questions requiring greater technical insight than the Support Coordinator can provide.
Responsible for following quality assurance procedures, providing assistance to other programmers and other departments, developing solutions to meeting unique customer needs.
Act as the primary client contact on specified technology accounts, monitoring and relaying requests during site builds.
Lastly the Technical Production Analyst will be responsible for making sure new sites integrate seamlessly with the production departments at T/O Printing.
Create production workflows to help facilitate the movement of orders from Streamline and other automation programs to production.
Create site specific SOPs to be handed off to the Technical Support and Production Coordinators.
Performing quality assurance checks
Printing reports and job documentation as required
Providing extended hours coverage to departmental projects as required by schedule, supervisor, and manager
Mail personalization and postal processing knowledge a plus
Strong internal and external customer satisfaction focus
Following safety guidelines for department and company
Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
