Gain supervisory experience through a "hands on" job training program that covers all manufacturing and staff functions. This will include production management and project work.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gains "hands on" appreciation and understanding of the manufacturing methods, craftsmanship, and supporting services required to produce quality products and services, on schedule with customer satisfaction.
- Develops and maintains an effective and involved work force through performance leadership, education, communications and policies which support inclusion and team effectiveness.
- Develops manufacturing plans and supporting services, which will attract and retain customers.
- Learn and use continuous improvement tools, including ISO, Six Sigma, Process Variability Reduction, SPC and/or Total Preventative Maintenance.
- Adheres to and promotes all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out - tag out rules and hearing and eye protection policies.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Required Skills
- Open to college level sophomores and juniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA, majoring in Supervision, Business Management, or Engineering.
