  • Responsibilities

    Must have mechanical ability to work with small components for cleaning, inspecting and replacing.

    Mechanical numberheads that range from 9 digit to 43 digit wheels that consist of font sizes from 1/8" to 3/16".  Mechanical numberheads are used in-line on presses and finishing equipment.

    • Cleaning numberheads
    • Oiling numberheads
    • Inspection of numberheads
    • Repair of numberheads
    • Maintaining inventory of numberheads and parts
    • Troubleshoot numberhead issues with press operators
    • Order parts and or identify numberheads that need to be purchased
    • Experience with Modulus check digits or the ability to learn and understand the calculations and the numberhead wheels required for each.
    • Utilize internal scheduling program for upcoming for preparing numberheads for each press
    • Ability to understand cylinder size and skip requirements for each order.
    • Assist with receiving in production materials and storage
    • Assist with ink mixing / inventory as needed.
    • Utilize internal scheduling program to determine
    • The ability to use a fork truck / stand up ND truck.
    • Have basic computer skills to update spreadsheets daily/weekly.

    Willing to Train

    8 hours shifts/ Mon- Fri

    Pay Rate: $18.50 to $21 per hour 

    1st shift
