Responsibilities:

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for production runs.
• Clean, lubricate and maintain the machine to ensure its optimum operation.
• May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed.
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Physical Demands: Job requires ability to exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Hearing protection and safety toed shoes required constantly.

Attendance: Punctual, regular attendance is an essential job function of employment with RR Donnelley. Overtime, including weekend work is considered a condition of employment. Flexibility to work any shift is required.

Required Experience

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $14.15 - $20.51/ hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
