  • Responsibilities

    Support Sales process and business development for new opportunities on new and/or large managed services accounts. Articulate and create marketing collateral to showcase RRD thought leadership in the Professional and Financial Services industries. Engage internal and external creative resources to support new business implementations. Consult with clients to reengineer client process and workflows to transform their support operations.  Interpret client preferences and communication strategies and devise creative solutions, approaches which result in desired impact.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Partner with Sales and Operations in the development and execution of strategic initiatives for the GO Creative business
    • Develop and maintain strategic business relationships within existing accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships
    • Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service.
    • Coordinate the gathering and organizing of history / information required for strategic client reviews for existing business.
    • Support Project Management with high profile client implementations
    • Engage internal and external creative resources to support new business implementations.
    • Perform process mapping and reengineering for complex client workflows
    • Collaborate with solutions team and clients to drive business transformation
    • Work with account teams to troubleshoot, build best practices and processes to enhance client operations and strategic account planning
    • Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts and prospects
    • Possess very detailed knowledge of service portfolio as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
    • Informs clients of new products and services as they are introduced. Recommend products and services that fit well with clients' business needs.
    • Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

    Required Skills

    • Must have with 3-5 years of relevant work experience OR demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience.
    • Bachelor's degree in discipline related to functional work.
    • Able to demonstrates ability to solve somewhat more complex problems by analyzing variables and applying appropriate solutions learned through experience and proficiency in understanding the job. Must be able to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately. Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues of moderate complexity.
    • Able to apply strong functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC, or other technical tools in completing assignments. May require knowledge of or ability to quickly learn specialized software to complete work assignments. Able to demonstrate continued expertise in the primary tools or applications used in completing daily work assignments.
    • Requires very good communication skills with ability to state messages in a clear manner by using language that is easy for others to understand.
    • Must be able to proactively listen to others to understand issues and situations. Must be able to clearly articulate business needs to both internal and external customers.
    • Strong experience with design, copy, media and production activities with ability to manage creative projects from conception through implementation.
    • Must have excellent understanding of RMS products, features and capabilities in order to educate and enhance client relationships
