Summer Intern - Sales Ops Summer Intern - Sales Ops The Sales Operations Intern will work closely with the Sales Operations team to document and implement standard sales processes for the Allegion Americas Sales organization. This role is expected to be a fully contributing member of the Sales Operations team and participate in the teams projects, initiatives, and activities. The team will be in the midst of implementing new and enhancing existing sales enablement tools and applications. There will be many opportunities to participate in and support the strategic initiatives the Sales Operations team is leading. Primary responsibilities will be to lead and execute projects as assigned. Project work will include some or all of the following: * Support for CRM operation, training and documentation * Sales / Business analytics and reporting * Problem solving / data analysis / root cause identification * Managing elements of team projects Will interact with some or all of the following: * Field sales reps and managers * Sales Leadership team * Marketing * Product management Preferred Skills: * Business major or related field of study (Marketing, Finance, etc.) * Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications * Experience with Microsoft data analysis tools, especially Excel * Highly detail oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills * Understanding of basic problem solving * Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment * Interest to learn and ability to apply new tools and methods * Opportunity for occasional travel Allegion is a diverse and inclusive environment.
