Inline QC inspection consists of performing visual inspection in Macro and Micro at various steps throughout the wafer manufacturing process. Since QC technicians are our wafer quality guard, he/she must demonstrate not only careful working attitude with attention to detail but also good understanding of processes. DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Demonstrate good understanding of the importance of safety rules in JFAB; nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Understand and follow the clean room rules and wafer handling procedures; nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Able to work alone and in teams. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Understand and follow the Inline QC Photo Develop Inspection and Post-Etch Inspection specifications. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Understand and perform the basic requirements of Inline QC inspection; nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Proficient with image capture of defects, microscope operation, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Successfully catch wafers with misalignment, photo defects, etch defects and other defectsnbsp;at all levels. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Successfully catch missing or extra layers. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Put wafers on hold for rework or engineering evaluation as required by the specifications. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Must understand the difference between random and systematic process issues/defects. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Properly calculate the yield impact rate based on the visual inspection; nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Understand and follow the basic QC disposition rules. Generate CEDAs correctly. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Hold lots for the correct module Process Engineer as needed. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Must understand the film stacks, and basic Lithography, Etch, CMP and Thin-Film deposition processes. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Flexibility to cover off-shifts as needed for vacations and sick time. PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly required to sit or stand and move about the facility. Exposure to cleanroom elements such as noise, fumes and odors. nbsp; Required to use a microscope for prolonged periods of time. REQUIRED EDUCATION amp; EXPERIENCE nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; High School Diploma and above nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;2 years wafer Fab related experience. nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Good eyesight without color blindness.
