Job Description

The Software Trainer is responsible for educating Alpine software users how to use the products to do their jobs effectively.  This includes teaching new designers the basics of the application as well as working with experienced designers to hone their skills and maximize the value that Alpine software provides.  The training department plays a key role in enabling Alpine to bring on new business, and works closely with new customers to get them up to speed on Alpine software. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct training classes for both existing Alpine customers and new conversion training for new customers
• Conduct in person training as well as online sessions
• Work with internal software experts to improve personal software skills and learn new features as they are released
• Host internal training sessions to for Alpine team members
• Supply training content for Alpine’s digital Learning Management System

Qualifications

Job Qualifications 

• Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or Training preferred
• Experience in construction technology preferred
• Ability to quickly learn new software
• Experience hosting interactive software training sessions
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional Presentation skills
• Strong computer skills including MS Office
• Experience with Learning Management Systems, Wordpress and/or Elementor is a plus
• Bi-lingual with Spanish a plus
• Ability to travel up to 70%
• Valid driver's license within state of residence and good driving record
