Background of Functional AreaThe Global Enterprise ERP Design to Deliver Value Stream is responsible for developing and supporting Supply Chain systems by partnering with regional business leaders and associated IT Partner Systems to evaluate, optimize and implement solutions that make Amway successful. Project DescriptionThe DTD Intern will be a contributing team member participating in the application of Oracle E-Business technology to meet the needs of a global supply chain organization. Innovative solutions will be evaluated for compliance with business processes and requirements. The candidate will develop Solution Outlines by engaging with cross-functional teams of business and IT professionals and applying new Business Anayst skills developed on the job. Candidate DevelopmentEnhanced skill sets: Creative thinking, collaboration, change management, business architecture, proven record of working with cross functional teams, demonstration of presentation/communication skills (verbal & written), project management skills (e.g., requirement gathering, planning, scheduling, monitoring, cost/benefit analysis), exposure to Supply Chain business areas and experience with ERP system deployment. Desired DegreeBachelor of Science in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Sciences or Engineering. ERP / Supply Chain specialty preferred.
