Background of Functional AreaDurables Quality Assurance has global responsibility to ensure our Durables products meet the high-quality standards that customers expect from Amway products. And now with the initiation of the Connected Experience Internet of Things (IoT) team to support Durables products, this team is preparing for the future of digital connectivity. Project DescriptionSupport connected product validation and end-to-end testing by delivering on one or more of the following items: End to end QA User system testing (black box testing), Create test cases, run test cases, automate test cases; Create test data repository, performance monitoring: compare dynatrace to other performance monitoring solutions and recommend and/or implement tool. IoT Quality metrics: Implement Customer Experience validation tools (Customer Experience Index, Customer Sentiments Analytics) as a key metric of end-to-end testing efficacy. Create dashboard for ongoing metrics. Note: Project deliverables will be subject to modification based on upcoming gap assessment. Candidate DevelopmentLearn and help implement IoT validation and end-to-end testing, exposure to and interaction with a variety of departments, including IT, Digital, R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing and gain experience in real-world software / firmware quality assurance practices. Desired DegreeStudent pursuing bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar. Desired SkillsDemonstrated Leadership experience within a Student Org. or Sport OR Java, HTML. *This is a summer 2019 internship; qualified candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and one semester or more left of school to complete at the beginning of their internship.
