As a Jr. Quality Engineer your primary focus will be to support initiatives in line with project objectives and customer expectations such as validations and design transfers. . What you will Do / Job Responsibilities * Quality representative within project team to support validations maintaining compliance and support design transfer activities. * Represent Quality in cross-functional teams assembled to install and validate equipment and processes * Participate in engineering runs and validation activities with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. * Assist with writing and reviewing validation protocols and reports making sure they comply with applicable quality standards. * Participate in deviation investigations to identify root causes and define corrective/ preventative actions (CAPAs). * Partner with the Quality team and with European design centers to ensure that design transfer and validation practices align with global requirements. * Support process and product improvement initiatives and analyze product performance to identify trends. What We Are Looking For / Requirements * Bachelors degree or equivalent in a scientific or technical field. * 1 year of experience in Quality, with validation experience or related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * experience data gathering, data analysis, technical writing and root cause investigation * Knowledge and experience with CAPA, quality risk management, FMEA and other key tools for managing quality performance a plus. * Self-Starter with effective organizational, written and communication skills. * Able to work with a diverse cross-functional team with minimal supervision. * Quality engineering concepts such as statistical analysis, quality testing, sampling and inspection, process control. Minitab and SAP knowledge a plus. * Knowledge of ISO, GMPs, CFR 21 regulations EOE M/F/D/V
