Position: Lead Developer - Full Stack

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, you will act as the Design Lead on all projects and oversee the creative process throughout the SDLC.
• Work closely with the Product manager and Software Development Manager to understand system, functional, and UI/UX requirements.
• Mentor and Manage a team of 3 experienced developers who are currently remotely located.
• Lead by example with good development processes and practices
• Maintain in-depth expertise in Web Design and Software Development.

Qualifications Required Skills and Education:

• Development experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Dev Express, LINQ / EF, HTML5, Fabric, WCF
• Angular or React experience is a plus.
• 7+ years of Software Development experience with 2+ years in a Leadership Role.
• Solid understanding of relational databases in general and Microsoft SQL Server in particular.
• Ability to understand code created by others, deal with legacy issues, maintain and enhance existing components.
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and reporting skills.
