> Position:    Lead Developer - Full Stack

Arroweye Solutions, a fast-growing, e-commerce company with unique web to print technology that is revolutionizing the payment card space, is seeking a talented professional to work in our dynamic and rewarding environment. Arroweye offers personalized and customized payment cards, which are printed on demand and shipped the next day to leading card issuers and program managers. Arroweye’s business solutions include a full range of carrier options targeting payment cards, credit and debit cards, as well as co-branded programs with direct-to-consumer and business-to-business fulfillment. Today, Arroweye Solutions is the only Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express certified company operating in the US that prints the brand logo and simultaneously personalizes the payment card on-demand.

We have an immediate need for Lead Full Stack Developer. This person will report directly to the Software Development Manager and will be responsible for our web products.

Responsibilities:

• · Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design, you will act as the Design Lead on all projects and oversee the creative process throughout the SDLC.

• · Work closely with the Product manager and Software Development Manager to understand system, functional, and UI/UX requirements.

• · Mentor and Manage a team of 3 experienced developers who are currently remotely located.

• · Lead by example with good development processes and practices

• · Maintain in-depth expertise in Web Design and Software Development.

  Qualifications include:

  · Development experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, Dev Express, LINQ / EF, HTML5, Fabric, WCF

  · Angular or React experience is a plus.

  · 7+ years of Software Development experience with 2+ years in a Leadership Role.

  · Solid understanding of relational databases in general and Microsoft SQL Server in particular.

  · Ability to understand code created by others, deal with legacy issues, maintain and enhance existing components.

  · Strong debugging and problem solving skills.

  · Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced work environment.

  · Strong communication, interpersonal and reporting skills.

  Job Type: Full-time

  Salary: $67,000.00 to $125,000.00 /year
