    Following its establishment in 2012, today Plzen is our fastest growing Engineering Development Center in Europe; the development center works on the design and development of Lear Products related to Mechanical Engineering such as complex seating mechanisms and structures, foams, coatings, plastics and trim development. With a headcount today of Circa 250 employees.. The vision for Plzen is not to work as an internal supplier for our European business units but to develop into a leading Design and Development Center working on projects for all major European OEM customer groups from concept phase through to delivery.

     

    Reporting directly to the business unit Sales Manager and working within the Central Sales Organization in region Europe&Africa.

     

    AS A SALES ADMINISTRATOR YOUR ROLE MAY ALSO INCLUDE:

     

     

    • Maintenance prices, invoices, credits and offers in the database.
    • Maintain price data and offer conditions in logistic system.
    • Create invoices according to incoming orders and follow-up.
    • Performing material pricing in preparation for price rounds.
    • Processing of customer inquiries and inquiries of CKD plants of simple quotes.
    • Creating corresponding offers in consultation with the supervisor based on already negotiated prices and in cooperation with PM & Logistic.
    • Obtain feedback from OEM customers,Complete Knock-down locations, and Lear internal departments.
    • Support the Account Manager / Sales Manager.

     

    TO BE A SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE:

    • Suitable for Graduates in Economics.
    • Working experience on similar role is a huge advantage.
    • Automotive experience is also an advantage.
    • Good communication skills in English is a must.
