Job Description
As a Associate National Account Manager - B2C for our Moen brand, you will nurture partnerships with major retail accounts, focusing on omni-channel assortments, merchandising, messaging, with a heavy focus on eCommerce efforts. Together, you will help strengthen Moen’s brand presence among key retail accounts and distributors.
In this role, you will partner with internal teams and customers to support growth initiatives, share insights from the market, and coordinate programs that enhance the visibility and success of our products. You will also contribute valuable perspective on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity, helping teams work together to continuously improve the customer experience.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $95,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
