Job Description
SUMMARY:
This position reports to the HR Manager. As an essential member of the Human Resources team, the HR Assistant/Recruiter will provide daily support to operations managers, supervisors, team leaders and employees. This position will oversee daily responsibilities associated with recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness, as well as assist with company-wide projects and initiatives.
