Job Description

Associated Materials is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions. Working directly for the Director of Sales Enablement, a successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Additionally, this role will work with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure the solutions are implemented correctly and efficiently, and other tasks as assigned.

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work with the Director of Sales Enablement to lead and manage Salesforce projects from start to finish, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce developers and admins.
• Create and maintain Salesforce documentation, including high-level design documents, low-level design documents, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
• Experience with Marketing Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Maps, and CPQ
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning platforms
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and security
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, such as Salesforce Connect and other integration platforms
• Experience with Salesforce performance tuning and optimization
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving, Communication and analytical skills

Preferred Certifications:

• Salesforce Technical Architect (STA) Certification
• Other Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, are also desirable.
