The CLDP, contributes to development and execution of commercial operations to maximize the value of AstraZeneca's portfolio pipeline. The program includes building critical acumen by working across commercial functions- Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Finance and Strategy. Accountabilities: The CLDP is responsible for working with AstraZeneca's Therapeutic Areas to develop and measure aspects of the marketing a specific focus on opportunity assessments, channel leadership, positioning, messaging, and launch/lifecycle planning. Assist internal and external customers by generating key insights that are utilized in the development of strategic operational plans. The individual will assist with support of key customers to interpret market access information and provide insight to support business decisions as well as helping customers utilize these insights to shape future strategic initiatives. The individual will work closely with the Commercial leadership team to capture ad-hoc data questions and desired outcomes, make recommendations, and provide insight and guidance to further progress Market Access Insight tools and capabilities. Program Summary: Our three-year rotational program combines hands-on experience with unparalleled networking opportunities designed to accelerate career development. The CLDP will receive a cohort-based project aligned to a key business challenge as well as a differentiated development investment to build leadership, management and coaching abilities. Essential Requirements: + Pharmaceutical and multi industry is strongly preferred + Understanding of market access landscape and experience with secondary analysis + Experience in managed markets internal and external information sources including sales data reporting, analysis and customer targeting strategies/method + Analytical skills including problem solving, forecasting, contract development and financial modelling Basic Qualifications: + MBA Graduation dates: May/June, 2019, pursuing a career in Healthcare Management + Demonstrated academic achievement + Maximum of 2-6 years' work experience prior to MBA + Commitment to relocate anywhere + Excellent written and oral communication skills + Outstanding work ethic
